Embodied Energy Training came to me in visions many times before I started teaching. For years I knew that a part of my soul mission was to teach, guide and support other intuitives on their journey so I allowed myself to be guided, to work through what I needed to, to make it happen. I continuelly focused on deepening my knowledge while going through my own healing and embodiment journey. Everything became clearer to me after years of witnessing and experiencing an approach to energy and soul work that felt out of sync and misaligned. One of the biggest struggles I found while training was that I would go through a set of initiations, provided with only a small amount of time and information, then left to process and make sense of it all, alone. Many of times I was faced with teachers who provided improper space holding and support, leading me to see that the gaps I was experiencing is where I can bridge and support others more wholesomely.

There is a real practical side to working with energy and also it is a very sacred and unique experience. This is what Embodied Energy Training focuses on. Through deep, in-person ceremonial experiences, which are supported on either side by longer term sacred containers; you are offered a practical and grounded approach to working with energy, along with the space and time to integrate the experience in a way that feels truly safe and held. The more supported and safer you feel, the deeper you can dive into exploring your own connection, to embrace the powerful potential that lives inside of you.
